Ross Murphy
Head of Private Clients
After graduating from Manchester University (studying Economics), Ross joined Capricorn in 2009 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. With over a decade of dedicated service, he has risen to become one of the Senior Advisers in the business.
Throughout his career at Capricorn, Ross has been responsible in arranging over £2.5 billion worth of mortgage finance, including an impressive £270 million in the year 2022 alone. His expertise hasn’t gone unnoticed; for the past 10 years, Ross has consistently been ranked in the Top 2 Advisers in Openwork (network comprising more than 4,000 advisers).
In April 2022, Ross was promoted to the Head of the Private Clients division at Capricorn. This division specialises in handling complex transactions via Private Banks & Family Offices for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
When he’s not navigating the complexities of arranging finance on multi-million-pound property deals, Ross enjoys exploring new and exciting destinations with his wife Adriana and their young son Rafael.
