Based in Hong Kong as part of Capricorn’s International Team, Gavin is a keen traveller. Having grown up in Guernsey, studied at Brock University in Canada and taking part in an exchange semester in Hong Kong, he specialises in dealing with highly complex cases for non-UK residents. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with clients that hold property in offshore trust and company structures, and strives to provide a personable touch to his work. Prior to joining the Capricorn team, Gavin was responsible for business development and loan origination for an offshore lender that focused on lending to international buyers, and so is perfectly suited to understanding the unique needs of his clients. In his spare time, Gavin is a keen sportsman and previously represented Guernsey for volleyball at an international level.
