Ross graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2012 with a BSc (hons) in Environmental Science. He then joined the Met Office and progressed to be a Senior Operational Meteorologist. Having then decided that his long term future lay in finance, Ross obtained his CeMAP qualification and joined Capricorn in early 2022, where he can utilise his knowledge and customer service skills to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients. Outside of work, Ross enjoys tennis where he plays for his local club as well as hiking, running and cooking.
