Mortgage Adviser
Our advisers are trusted experts who guide clients through every stage of their mortgage needs. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, using Capricorn’s market-leading technology platform to streamline administration, reduce workload and allow you to focus on what you do best – advising clients and building relationships.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- CeMAP or equivalent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Mortgage Administrator
Our administrators are essential to delivering a seamless client journey. Working closely with advisers, you’ll manage case progression, liaise with lenders and solicitors, and use our advanced digital systems to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Protection Adviser
Helping clients protect what matters most takes real expertise and genuine care. As a Protection Adviser at Capricorn, you’ll specialise in life, critical illness and income protection — guiding clients through important decisions with clarity and confidence, backed by our market-leading technology platform to keep administration light and your focus on advice.
What you’ll bring:

International Adviser
Our international advisers work with clients based overseas or with cross-border financial needs. You’ll provide specialist guidance on complex income structures, expatriate and international property transactions.

Graduate Programme

Emma brings over 25 years of recruitment experience across both managed service and in-house environments. She has worked with organisations such as Capita Resourcing, Severn Trent Water, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, the Government Communication Service, and Grayce Consultancy.
Her expertise covers everything from apprenticeships and high-volume hiring to niche and director-level roles. Emma is passionate about continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. She recently gained her CIPD Level 3 in People Management, reflecting her commitment to professional growth.
Outside work, Emma enjoys live music, festivals, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
