Lawrence graduated from the Henley Business School with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance. Before joining Capricorn, Lawrence spent 4 years working as a project manager for a well-known architectural firm where he assisted in realising a range of high-end residential projects in mainland China. Over the years, Lawrence has built well-rounded negotiation and client relationship skills. He is now using these skills within the Capricorn International team, securing UK finance for clients who wish to purchase properties in the UK. In his spare time, Lawrence enjoys traveling, cooking and watching movies.
