After receiving an MA in Marketing and MBA, Linhua embarked on a career in the property industry, working for some of the UK’s leading estate agencies and top new-build developers. A native Mandarin Chinese speaker from Taiwan, she has specialised in Asia Pacific and International markets. Having discovered the final hurdle for property buying is financing, she has retrained and transferred her considerable property market experience to her long term business connection – Capricorn Financial – in order to support clients looking for their dream home. Outside work she enjoys eating cakes and swimming (but not at the same time).
