Conor Murphy
Chief Executive Officer
Conor is the Founder and CEO of Capricorn Wealth Management, one of London’s premier performers in providing mortgage and property finance to high-net-worth clients in the UK and internationally. Capricorn has grown consistently each year, and now has over 75 expert advisers and substantial support staff across offices in London, Dubai, Shanghai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong.
Conor Murphy is also the Founder and CEO of Smartr365, the leading end-to-end mortgage platform that aims to transform the role of mortgage advisers through automation and digitisation. Smartr365 is the first truly cloud-based business application, and is the platform of choice for over 4,500 advisers in the UK.
Jeremy Law
Chief Commercial Officer
Jeremy Law is an ambitious and experienced financial services executive and commercial leader with significant success in driving business transformation and a customer agenda to deliver significant P&L gains. Following an initial career at Barclays (UK and International), he has since worked across the Building Society Sector, at the Post Office, in Specialist Banks, a new bank start-up venture and most recently as Interim Head of Home Buying and Ownership (UK Mortgage business) as Bank of Ireland. He really believes in building a customer led approach and that having customers at the heart of your business is key to success. A keen sportsman and enjoys both watching and playing a wide variety of sports and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as a passion for travel.
Kyle Van Der Net
Chief Financial Officer
Kyle a qualified Chartered Accountant from South Africa with an extensive background in both auditing and Investment Banking. His experience and skills extend to Family Office, HNWIs and niche boutique firms focusing on lending and property transactions. As an outgoing, energetic, and ambitious business professional, Kyle thrives on engaging and working alongside diverse individuals in challenging environments. A well-rounded professional, he excels in the implementation of strategic change, in driving financial transformation and in collaborating with senior leadership to achieve long-term goals and objectives. Beyond his professional environment, Kyle maintains an active lifestyle, enjoy sports, traveling, experiencing new cultures and is a passionate wine & food enthusiast.
